Families enrolling more than one child may benefit from a sibling discount as follows:
The second and third child enrolled: 5% off annual fees for each child.
The fourth child onwards: 10% off annual fees for each child.
Please note that, for children enrolled in nursery, the discount only applies for children enrolled for 5 days a week. Additional Terms and Conditions apply.
Tuition Fees and Payment Schedule
Tuition fees can be paid in full at the start of the academic year or in three instalments: 40% in August for the First Term, 30% in December for the Second Term, and 30% in March for the Third Term. Tuition fees do not include school lunches, transportation, or educational trips. Some extracurricular activities with external providers may incur additional charges.
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the annual tuition fee is required for new pupils to secure a place, payable upon acceptance of an offer. Returning pupils must pay a 5% deposit. Both deposits are deducted from the annual tuition fees in line with KHDA regulations.
Sibling Discounts
Sibling discounts apply throughout a child’s time at the school and will continue for younger siblings even after their elder siblings have graduated.
Medical Fee
A one-off, non-refundable payment of AED 500 (AED 525 inclusive of VAT) is required per student.
Application Fee
A non-refundable application fee of AED 500 (AED 525 inclusive of VAT) is required per application and covers standard assessment costs. This fee is not deductible from tuition fees.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed in accordance with KHDA regulations. Tuition fee refunds are subject to specific timelines and conditions, with deductions applicable based on the duration of a pupil's enrolment. Deposits are generally non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances such as relocation outside the UAE or unforeseen situations, subject to official documentation.
