Our Approach To Sports & PE
Instilling a love of sport and the value of keeping fit and healthy
We understand the importance of physical activity and a healthy lifestyle for our students. Research shows that regular exercise not only improves physical health but also boosts cognitive function and mental wellbeing.
We incorporate physical activity into our academic curriculum through our Physical Education (PE) program, which is designed to develop students' gross motor skills, coordination, and teamwork. Our PE classes are inclusive, fun, and engaging, and provide a safe space for students to try new activities and build

The PE Curriculum
Shaping active, confident, and resilient individuals
Our PE curriculum is designed to develop students' resilience and stamina, as well as their fundamental movement skills. We follow the Chris Quigley Curriculum, which aims to develop the fundamental skills of stability, locomotion, and object control. By developing fluency in these skills, children can perform them automatically and focus more on strategy and tactics. Our curriculum includes a variety of activities, such as invasion games, striking and fielding games, gymnastics, swimming, dance, athletics, health and wellbeing, and ball skills. Our aim is to provide a well-rounded education that supports students' holistic development.
